Bailey-McCaffery Case Management Services began in 1996, when Deby Bailey and Jean McCaffery set out to build something simple but rare, a case management company that put people first. They believed in hands-on service, honest communication, and the kind of professional follow-through that builds trust one case at a time.

Deby and Jean didn’t just build a company, they built a school of thought. Under their guidance, Danielle Rhodes and Rini Raines grew into the next generation of case managers, carrying forward the same values of compassion, consistency, and accountability that define Bailey-McCaffery to this day.

When Deby and Jean retired, Danielle and Rini carried that mission forward. For more than two decades, they grew Bailey-McCaffery into a respected name across Louisiana, known for its consistency, care, and results.

At its heart, Bailey-McCaffery has always been about achieving outcomes through it’s continuity of care:  Nurses and Vocational counselors working side by side.  Our personal approach isn’t just how we operate, it’s who we are.

In 2025, the next generation stepped up when DJ McConnell, an employee of over a decade, assumed leadership of Bailey-McCaffery.  He is determined to continue the legacy built by those before him, honoring the company’s history while moving it forward with the same relentless commitment to service and results.
