Dawn grew up in Harahan, Louisiana. She has resided in River Ridge, Louisiana for the last 33 years. She has been an integral part of daily operations and client services at Bailey-McCaffery, LLC providing and managing our transcription services since 2007 to present through DMK Transcription, LLC, and as our receptionist and office administrator since 2009. She has over 30 years of experience in medical office administration, billing/collections, medical transcription, and accounting.

Dawn is a core member of the administrative team. She handles all aspects of accounts receivable and collections. She is proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, building clear and accurate spreadsheets in Excel, while producing consistently formatted documents in Word. She serves as our in house first-line IT support. Dawn handles all medical records, coordinates record requests, record storage and purging. At the front desk, she creates a welcoming first impression and is known for her warm, professional phone presence managing a high volume of calls. Colleagues rely on her accuracy, discretion, and follow-through, and clients value her calm, professional manner over the phone. She keeps Bailey-McCaffery running smoothly.
